Got on website to try and make an appointment. Received the acknowledgement of trying to make an appointment with them saying that they would get back within the hour. Never heard back. Stopped at opening time, spoke with the mechanic on duty and he said that he was unable to fix my tire and they didn't have a tire . Uncaring, unhelpful and no customer service. They could have let me know when I tried to make the appointment that they didn't fix tires at that location.

I've been told I had to reschedule my appointment twice now, to get my tires. The techs keep calling off work. I have 2 tires setting down there ive driving on one bad tire and told the guy I needed to go to Chicago the next day he informed me the the company told him to set in the office all day since he was alone, and to not take any customers.

I received several come-ons by e-mail, and a postcard offering a basic oil change for $24.99 which stated "up to 5 quarts". When I went to use this coupon, I was told my vehicle requires 6 quarts so the final cost would be $43 and change. I informed the guy my vehicle takes FIVE. He argued about it, so I said nope, and took back my key. Before I drove away, I showed him my owners manual, proving 5 is the correct answer and he still resisted. This USED to be a great place. But there was different management every time I went there, so their service has now deteriorated to this point. Before you decide to go there, just think of how many customers are overcharged in this manner. Even if you know your vehicle and what is wrong with it, be prepared for resistance.

I got a nail in my tire on my way to Chicago, so I pulled off the exit and into the shop. The young lady working behind the counter said she would be happy to plug my tire. She did a great job, was quick, and so friendly! I appreciated her taking the time to help me. Would definitely recommend! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for doing a fantastic job repairing my car. You were highly recommended from my service maintenace provider who didn't have a welder/mechanic on staff. He replaced what needed to be replaced and disagree with previous assessment that I also needed to replace another part. Excellent service, integrity, and good humor. What solidified it with me: When one of your regular customer mentioned how much she appreciated the auto services for older model cars she keeps repairs up for her young adult children to use. Bravo Gentlemen!
